This shift, driven by rising demand from global brands for more personalized content solutions at scale, is marked by the expansion of the client service leadership team, with Audree Rueger, David Morrissey, and Jennifer Svitesic appointed as VPs Client Service.

The new appointments will be instrumental in reshaping client services across North America, reinforcing POP's commitment to delivering smarter and timely solutions.

Following over six years at Tag leading account teams for financial services clients, Audree Rueger transitioned to POP to spearhead the delivery of integrated, global solutions across Pharma, Tech, and CPG. Now, she steps into the new role with over a decade of experience in leading client teams across top creative-at-scale networks.
David Morrissey brings over two decades of experience in strategic production - most recently from his role at McCann Worldgroup. Known for his sharp operational thinking, his background spans global campaigns, integrated ecosystems, and performance-driven storytelling - all grounded in modern production and creative collaboration.
Jennifer Svitesic’s nomination follows her success in leading integrated client pharma initiatives at POP. With over a decade of experience driving digital campaigns for Fortune 500 financial and insurance brands at Dentsu, she brings deep expertise in managing projects end-to-end and streamlining workflows.
Together, they will lead the US new client engagement model - developed to unlock modern and efficient client solutions, and deliver personalized content that resonates with audiences across channels.
